First phone interview was a quick chat with the HR manager (less then 15 minutes). The second interview was on the phone with the line manager, it was a very difficult interview, in terms, she gave me "tasks", to show how I would solve this tasks, but throughout me struggling to answer, she realised she forgot to gave me some more information, that I actually could solve the tasks. It wasn't a pleasant experience, anyhow I got invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was 3 hours, with 3 different people, each one hour. All of them asked exactly the same questions and again, I was tested on how I would solve something and I never struggled so much. I had the feeling this 3 people all came in with the same real-business problem, that they try to solve since months and if the candidate can't present the solution during the interview, it will be a rejection. This was one of the most unpleasant interviews and I couldn't wait to leave and although if they would have offered the job, I definitely would have rejected it.
