30 min telephonic interview. It was like a rapid fire 20 questions asked in short time. Interviewer appeared inexperienced just reading a list of questions. I am not sure how they recorded my answers so quickly and decided if I am answering right or wrong.

A coding test on SQL, python and statistics at first. Then followed by a telephone interview with several small coding and mathematical questions (maybe because the interviewer has math background). Should prepare more for this part. Questions like, what is eigenvalue? what is Central Limit Theorem? If you have observations from two distribution, how could you compare them? Coding Qs like: what will `yield` produce in python? how to generate random uniform numbers? difference between `range` and `xrange` ? how to detect nan in dataframe? explain the function HAVING and difference compared to WHERE

I applied through a recruiter few months ago. Before to have a chance to talk with them I did a very long and difficult programming test, studying difficult formulas for monthly compounding, etc, and losing time because the result of the example provided in their assessment was probably wrong in some decimal digits (I say probably just because after continuous questions I realised that no one had a look on it, wasting my two days time to create a perfect project fully working and delivered with a lot of unit tests).
They also missed the time of the first phone interview and they called me one hour late.

A couple of phone interviews, paired programming and then cultural interviews. Paired programming was fine but its a very buys and noisy environment. A few people were nice, one guy in particular wasn't very nice and came across as a bit arrogant. Not someone that I would want to work with.

Second stage (on-site): Modifying implemented exercise on-site. Pair programming, i.e. the interviewer is watching you making the modifications, asking the questions, making suggestions. After that, a conversation with two members of the team and the manager.

Entrevista
The process starts with a short phone call to be able to find more about the company, their vision, how they work, technologies that they use and so on, but everything at high level without going into details. Then, it is the other way around, they want to know about you, current role, your position, etc.
If there seems to be a good fit, what happens next is you get a technical test to work on it at home. The test is focus on the business area the company works, so probably you need to do a bit of research and get information about it but it can not be enough.
The solution is expected to be correct from the example given which leaves you in a position where if you come from a different background you might find it a bit more difficult. Although it is said they expect you to solve it aiming for readability, use of abstraction, appropriate testing, etc. the correctness of the program is important for them.
They provide you feedback and their opinion on what they have seen in your solution and based on that your test meets their criteria or not but the problem is that you have no way to discuss why you went for specific solutions as your code needs to meet their standards.

I don't really know what their HR is doing!
Their HR notifying me that there would be a phone interview, without telling me the specific time.so I sent e-mails to confirm twice but they didn't reply. I thought I had been rejected.
Suddenly at one day noon, while I was taking a nap they called me to do the interview. I don't think my brain was clear enough. but I still entered the second round.
The HR sent an e-mail on Monday and invited me to their office. I confirmed that I would attend. then they send an e-mail on Wednesday saying that I was rejected. And again, I sent the email asking for feedback, they didn't give me any reply.
????
Through one of my friend, I knew the reason why I received the rejection letter the next day might be that the manager does not want a Chinese. Is this not racial discrimination? But I don't want to waste time on this company anymore. This is really the most disappointing interview I have ever attended.
