Long, over the top process. There is about a 6 person panel interview that you meet with. Sometimes there are 2 people in an interview, sometimes just 1 person. The process is time consuming and the team that books everything does not even offer a restroom break or breathing room for a sip of water! I had to request 5-15 min break in between to avoid being stuck in a virtual meeting space for 4 hour duration.
Some of the questions seemed repetitive from person to person.
Later (after I got hired), I learned that the interview process is very process heavy with questions, scorecards, and the panel has to all agree to extend an offer to the candidate. The process is built to avoid bias, but it actually re-affirms it! It's process for processes sake - just like the rest of everything at Zillow!
If you get an offer - run. The benefits are good, but not worth selling out for.
Good luck.
