You present your portfolio in front of the design team, then separately meet with members of team. You then answer hypothetical questions by drawing on a whiteboard. They want to see your thought process and your design abilities.

Pregunta 1
How to create a design for their app on a certain device
Two rounds of interveiws. First round of interviews is 40 mins. You go over your portfolio or a case study and answer a mix of case and behavioral interview questions.
The second round could be the final round, which will be two 40 mins sessions with a 5 min break between. Will be doing the same thing as first round interviews.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen, then second round phone interview with a designer in the team. Finally, a onsite interview lasted about 3 hours. Included a presentation and 3 one-on-one interviews.
