There were several rounds of interviews including an initial phone screen with the recruiter and then a 2-hour loop consisting of four 30-minute one-on-ones with the hiring manager and other members of the team.

Phone screen to determine if I would move to the loop panel interviews. Multiple questions were asked of me. Once I answered their questions they gave me some information about the role and asked if I had any questions.

Applied for position and 30 days later was reached out by a recruiter. Overall disappointing experience. Once the recruiter and I met, 30 minutes in the recruiter told me that the next day the hiring team was meeting with the final candidates. It was disappointing to hear especially since I took part of my morning off from work and spent time reseraching Zillow and the position. The second part that really is what left a sour taste in my mouth is saying that a coordinator would be reaching out to me the next day for a second interview the following day, which never happened. The team has been unresponsive every since. I am not sure why the recuriter decided to proceed with the interview and go over my availablity for another interview when he had no intention of making that happen.
