First they contact you by email, then it is followed up by a phone interview and then one or two Zoom meetings. The follow up was not as pleasant, as I had to follow up with them to get updated

Impersonal, I interviewed for a new division/team. 2 managers were in on the pitch where were supposed to sell their product .
They were going too far into product specific questions which as opposed to ability to run an actual demo. Let’s leave that for after the product training !

It’s fairly quick, just a phone interview and then a 45 min video interview with a role play. The role play is a mock call, you calling a client. You have to show your sales skills.
