With in a week of applying I received a mail saying that I am selected for technical phone interview. The mail asked me for my availability for the interview. I was given a week's time to prepare myself for the interview. I enjoyed the interview and the interviewer was very helpful. I answered all the interview questions correctly still I was not selected. I was disappointed by their decision of not selecting me. They did not even send me a mail that I was not selected.
