I spoke with a recruiter on the phone regarding a couple of positions that I applied to. It was a nice conversation and a standard phone interview. No crazy questions. The recruiter was just getting a sense of my background and which role I would be a better fit for. The Recruiter was very polite and professional. I've had several interviews in the last few months and this was far and away the best experience that I've had. I wish I moved forward in the process, but it was not meant to be.

It was quite a lengthy interview process. I believe in total took about two months before we concluded. Another few days to receive an offer. I believe that’s on the shorter side, as others have experienced a much longer process.

It was a 3 interview process in which I spoke with a recruiter, then with the supervisor for the second round. The third round is then with the supervisor again in which they choose the candidates they want to recruit.
