I made it through two rounds of phone interviews. In both rounds, the individuals that I interviewed with were friendly and professional. As always, interviews are nerve-wracking, (even phone interviews), but I truly enjoyed the company of the people who interviewed me. I felt the did a wonderful job of putting me at ease and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. The response time between my interviews was prompt and even though I did not get the position, I felt respected and valued by the company for the time I did give for my interviews.
The interview was 5 different sections with a hiring manager and various members of the team. They all had a variety of questions and seemed invested in hiring the right candidate.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the interview process. It’s great to hear that the team was engaged and focused on finding the right fit. It’s helpful to know how the structure and interactions came across, and we’re glad it was a positive overall impression.

The interview seemed very organized and efficient. I spoke with a recruiter and a few managers. The questions were a mix of behavioral and technical, mostly technical. I really enjoyed everyone I spoke to.

Very personable, modern and practical approach to the process and discussions. Each manager had their own personalized questions and approach. Very different than the typical rehearsed questions read from a script at most companies.
