It began with a chat with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the manager, which allowed me to gain insights into the team dynamics and the role's expectations. It was clear that they valued transparency, as they openly discussed what they were looking for in a candidate. I then had interviews with a coworker (REALLY good technical discussion) and the VP (they were interested in ensuring that the company's leadership aligned with my long-term career goals). From day one, they showed a genuine interest in my experience and what I could bring to the company. They were transparent about their expectations and focused on ensuring my expectations would be met. It was an overall fantastic experience. It truly felt like a company that values its employees' experiences and contributions.
