The process is so slow and very cumbersome. Wish they have had a easy interview process in place. I got a call from a consultancy regarding the opening and after sending the Resume it took almost 5-7 days for them to get back to me. And after that I had an online Test and almost after 15 days they got back to me and told that I will have a skype call. By this time as the process was so delayed I really lost interest in the position. But after having the skype call they said they will expedite the process and asked me to come for face to face rounds at their office after a day or two. I had 2 rounds of face to face interviews and I thought I did well and in the discussions with the interviewers I really got interested at the work the company is doing. So after the interview process I thought they will let me know the feedback soon but even after contacting the HR several times and the consulting firm I didnt get any replies. I really got pissed off at their interview process. All that I can say is they don't value our time and energy and don't even give a damn to give a proper feedback of the interview. Hope this changes soon.
