Entrevista positiva, entrevistador construtivo e que buscou entender em detalhe as experiências, seja trazendo informações do produto ou mesmo conversando sobre o mercado. Foi possível explorar minha carreira e expor as habilidades que possuía na época.

I had an interview with recruiter, then a mock call with the hiring manager and finally a face to face with the same manager and another person. In the final one, you have a presentation to make but one of the managers was more concerned as why I had applied before to the company (meaning 2 or 3 years ago) rather that the experience I gained and how I could bring something valuable to the team now. This felt very uncomfortable because she kept asking why I had applied before without really feeling she was paying attention to what I had prepared, I still do not see what is the harm of trying in the past to get to the company, after all we all are trying to progress. Not happy with the approach, very inquisitive (specially coming from this manager that started career as SDR as well) and still after one week nobody has even taken the time to say thank you for investing your time in talking to us. Also they were not ready in the beginning, it was a presentation and no projector prepared in the room, I had to present with them looking at my mini screen.
