    Es una empresa que lleva corto tiempo en México, están creciendo aceleradamente y la cultura laboral de Zendesk es colaborativa. Excelentes beneficios y cuidan mucho a sus empleados.


    Por el momento no encuentro desventajas.

    Consejos para la Dirección

    Hay que cambiar la idea de jefe-subordinado. Algunas personas que vienen de ambientes laborales godinez les cuesta trabajo adaptarse a la cultura colaborativa y en lugar de ver que todos somos iguales pero con diferentes funciones, tienen en la cabeza puestos altos para subordinar a los demás, eso es muy mexicano y no veo que se dé en otras oficinas de Zendesk.

    I applied for this job after previously working as an intern with Zendesk.
    Due to my previous experience, I was bumped up to the final round of interviews. The process took around 3 hours, with each interview session taking roughly 45 minutes. It involved a pair coding session with an engineer of theirs that was focused on gauging my coding level and process rather than finding a solution.
    The other 2 sessions were questions from other engineers, mostly soft skills and behavioural questions, with some more technical questions thrown in.
