Applied through LinkedIn and recruiter called me for initial screening and letter she sent me a link to take a challenging test which contained 3 questions from chef,3questions of tuning a server, 3 programming questions in Python and 3 nginx server questions. The exam was was quite challenging . Later after 3 days they asked me to attend an interview with the head of team. It lasted for about 45 minutes and there was nothing technical but questions on past experiences and about zendesk. Later I was asked to attend a technical interview which lasted for 45 mins. Next day I got a mail saying they are moving with other candidates.
Overall I loved to talk to each and every person whom I met in zendesk. They answered to all the questions and they used to give the feedback asap.

Interview process was straight forward. HR round, tech phone screen and onsite. However HR rounds had massive delays so be sure to follow up on your end.
Hiring manager was nice and looked like a lot of growth in store
