Firstly I received an email about that we are going to have an interview. The first interview was with the team manager (a product person). It lasted for about an hour. The interviewer started with the things we are going to talk about in the interview.
I talked about 30 mins about my past experiences and after that, she started to ask me some questions about my last career.

Takes a really long time, and there's a huge gap between rounds with no communication from the team on next steps. Emails go unanswered.

All the interview questions/topics matched what the recruiter mentioned in the intro call, as well as Zalando's career portal articles. Overall, a very positive and interesting experience. I had a 5 interviews in total: Hiring Manager + 4 final round interviews accessing product competencies.
