Easy, fast and friendly. I was directly approached by a friend who used to work at the company. After interview with Head of Data Engineering, my future Delivery Lead and a Senior Backend Developer from another team, which went well and relaxed, I got a feedback, that they would like to hire me, but I have to meet Recruter to check soft skills and negotiate on Salary and other details. 1 Week later I meet the Recruter, who also was very friendly and professional and after 30 min talk got an offer.
I might say, that all in all it was one of the best interview experiences througout my carrier

Entrevista
The interview process included a 30-minute HR interview, followed by a 1-hour session with the hiring manager, and then three technical interviews. There was flexibility to schedule all interviews on the same day or spread them across multiple days.
In the first technical interview, they asked general technical questions related to my experience, along with some scenario-based questions.
The second interview focused on system architecture design, while the third involved a coding challenge.

Typical interview process with HR, Hiring manager, technical interview, and culture fit check. You can feel that their technical people are not capable - they have very limited knowledge, knowing only the toolkit Zalando uses, and have difficulties to understand latest technologies and theories behind them. You probably wanted to work with smarter people.
