After applying online a recruiter from google called, explained the interview process and scheduled my first interview. The process consisted of 3 rounds. The first was with a team member and was supposed to be focused on behavioral questions and experience. The second was an hour long hypothetical to work through. And the third was an interview with the team lead and was focused on leadership questions and how you'd fit in with the team. The interview process was good and everyone was super nice. The first round interview consisted more of short hypothetical problems instead of more behavioral questions which threw me off.
