Very easy going, prefer STAR answer technique so have a few situations prepared. The second interview is a little wacky, where they dive deeper into situation based questions, emphasize EMPATHY.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
