Got a referral from my alumni LinkedIn group. Got a response 3 weeks later. Scheduled a chat with a recruiter from a different location, who then passed my resume to a different office. My interview lasted 5 minutes! And the Interviewer was 15 minutes late. I got super nervous probably because I didn't expect them to call, but when they did, I was not really in the interview zone.
