Interview was "typical" CSR the interviewer was well versed in the position answered questions fairly and honest. The only reason I accepted another position was due to location and preferred schedule.

How do you handle stress or high-pressure situations, especially when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints?
Very relaxed and casual. Lots of details are provided in the phone interview and recruiter was easy to talk to. Feel free to ask about benefits and hours but the schedule is usually 2nd shift working most weeknds

Very friendly they asked about where I see myself in the next five years as well as my idea schedule to work. They also asked what did I know about Xfinity marketing and products.
