I was really impressed with the interview process and the recruiting team. They were attentive, kept me up to date on the process/timing and were super professional. Some recruiters sound as if they are reading from a script describing the company or the role, but that wasn't the case at Twitter. The process was top notch.

There will be series of interviews mostly from people you will work closely or collaborate with. It can be very long and tedious. Depending on the role, mine was mostly situational by nature.

Was reached out to on linked in by the hr manager. I completed 2 interviews. 1 with the Irish based team and another with the Apac team. Both interviews I was asked similar questions and found it a waste of time like they didn't share notes before attending.

What are the responsibilities you have in your current role
Long and arduous process. Took multiple rounds of interviews just to find out anything regarding pay or benefits. Very very very very very very very annoying. Would never interview with them again.
