Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró más de 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en X (Londres, Inglaterra)
Entrevista
I was referred by an employee, and got contacted by the recruiter within a few days. Very disappointed with the quality of the initial conversations with the recruiter. Sounded like he was reading out of a script! I had about 5 interviews, and after each one I got great feedback from the recruiter. However, the feedback was pretty much the same, literally in the same words - again, like a script! Once of the conversations after the last interview I as told they would "get the processes started to make me an offer".
After a week or 2 of not hearing anything I got a call from the recruiter asking me about salary expectations. This had already been covered off in the first conversation, but when I gave them my expectations he said it was far too high (they were offering me less than my salary then) and I was told my current salary was on the top end of the AM bracket so they may not be able to go any higher, but would run it past the hiring manager anyways.
A couple of weeks, and a lot of chasing up later, I got a call from the recruiter again, telling me I had not got the job because they had found "other candidates with campaign management experience" which I didn't have (even though I did have about 4 years of it) and so they were going to offer the job to another candidate. All very hazy and unclear and a very frustrating experience overall!

Nothing super challenging, mostly about my views of the business and how to service clients
easy interview. Way better since Elon took over. People actually work at this office now. Happy to work hard everyday with motivated working peers. Best place to be in 2025

How do you manage your priorities
Could be general question , or given an example of a situation
The interview process was organized and the people I worked with were professional. No offer to continue forward in the process after 1st interview. The company has potential if it would consider further who their customer is externally and internally.
