I initially spoke with the Director of recruiting who was very kind and engaging. I had a few additional interviews including meeting some of the team and the VP of talent. My favorite part of the interview was a practical portion where I got to walk through an intake with a hiring manager, and then create a recruiting plan and sourced candidates based on the intake. This felt really in line with the role as there is extensive stakeholder partnership and management needed.

I was referred into the company and received the obligatory call from their lead sourcer. He made the announcement that he would be recording the conversation so he could focus on our conversation rather than writing notes. He let me know he would make it an easy interview and for the most part it was. It became very clear early on they it was an interview that he had no interest in doing but had to out of courtesy.
