The interview process for the AE role was one of the most well-designed I've been through. My recruiter was awesome, engaged, and informative during the whole process. There were six stages total: recruiter screen, Sales manager intro, a case study, a combined case study review and mock roleplay, a behavioral round, and a final culture conversation. It sounds like a lot but every stage had a clear purpose and built on the last one. Everyone I spoke with was kind, sharp, and genuinely bought in on what Whatnot is building.
