The first two interviews were great, somewhat lengthy but that’s understandable. The problem becomes a couple of things 1. The whole process takes about 2 and a half months which is an insane amount of time for wanting to hire people that are just finishing college. 2. The questions get very repetitive when you have to reiterate them in the questionnaire, and then 2 more interviews 3. I am convinced that this company is actually not hiring for certain positions and instead their HR department is trying to look busy by interviewing people or reviewing applications. This is based off of dozen of people I know (some of which are extremely/ over qualified) who made it to the last interview and then not getting an offer, with the same excuse of “we are looking for someone who is more interested in the field”. Over a year later, these same positions are still posted on job boards and websites waiting to be filled. So if you’re reading this, and didn’t get an offer from this company, don’t be discouraged.
