Yes like all the comments the interview was very long. However it shows that they care. I originally applied for one job and I went through the whole interview process and they ended up deciding another job was better for me based on personality and skills. I’m so happy that I stuck with them for so long throughout the process. Took maybe about 4-6 consisting of application, phone call, written interview, in-person interview, and multiple meetings, and a job shadow. All was worth it in the end and they even cared about how long I drive and I wanted the best benefits for me coming right out of college.

Easy process that takes place over 6 weeks. It was simple to get to know the company and culture through the interviewers. Simple process that can be done in person or over zoom.
