Phone interview. I spoke with a person who seemed like a robot, then was off to a 45 minute rapid-fire question and answer drill. The interviewer was very impersonal and did not leave me with a good feeling of wanting to work for Wayin. The interviewer was obviously reading off a list of questions and marking right / wrong without any desire to discuss what they were looking for in the answer.
