The hiring process took two days (on-campus hiring). It was not certainly as awesome as was expected from them. The first round was an aptitude followed by coding round. There was no proper coding platform on which you can test your code against various test cases (as is the standard of any coding round). The codes were manually being viewed by the invigilators and we were asked to run the code against the test cases they remembered. Thus there was no such standard coding test. And thus there is no particular answer to their process of shortlisting.
The third round was technical PI which was also the final round (yes, there was no HR round). A short discussion on resume followed by the codes. I had discussed with my friends later and came to know that most of the questions were of Dynamic Programming and was just copy-pasted from GeeksForGeeks. They also had the GFG's solution in their mind and any other solution was not easily acceptable by them. Each student was interviewed for around 1-1.5hr. And through the interviews, it was bit clear that they too did not have excellent concept and understanding to be able to judge and recruit the true gems. And finally, they hired 3 students. One thing which I would like to mention here that there is no particular justification of their hiring. Two students solve the same question, 1 actually solves the question and other one just gives a brief idea of how it can be solved. The other one gets selected and the first one is rejected. Overall it left a negative impression on most of us.

One written round, 1 programming round and 2 interviews. Programming round was very good, the written round was hard. It seemed like they had already made up their minds when I went in for the interview
