Entrevista
The first part of the interview process begins with a phone interview from a recruiter from OptumRx and they ask you basic questions regarding your work experience, a few behavioral questions like tell me about a time you had to go over and beyond etc etc and from that point, it was like 10-15 minute call, I was asked to schedule a face to face interview for that following Friday and I had my phone interview on a Wednesday. So on Friday, I met with 2 supervisors and they once again went over my work history and made sure that I knew my work history as well. They also asked why I wanted to leave the current role and what I knew about OptumRx/United Health Group. I was then told to sign a paper to the "call center rules" and that was the end. And then the following Monday, I got a call back saying that supervisors reported great feedback and that my offer was contingent upon a successful background and drug screen, I received those emails on Thursday morning and had 2 business days to complete. A week later, I received my official offer letter from UHG with my start date of the following week.
