    Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró Más de 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en UnitedHealth Group en febrero de 2017.

    Entrevista

    It began with a talent recruiter contacting vía social network. At first, He/She did it best to demostrate interest on me, including sending advertisment video of the town where the operational center is. After a first regular interview I was requested to be interview with a hiring manager. The interview was fine. Really a good interview; very friendly. Then arrived christmas and the process was resumed later on January, not when I was waiting... Then I notice the process was suffering delays. Finally I was called for a technical interview but for the lowest professional category: Junior. When on my CV I entitled it as Senior Developer. The technical interview was on a Friday and I was advided, after a month of silence, two days before. The interview was about my actual job and include a group of technical questions about thinks that you learn on the school and forget. Of course I fail the technical interview and after three weeks of silence I contact them to know about the result. I have to say that I found the interview questions on a few webpages inside forums... Is it fair to interview extracting questions from the net?? And meanwhile the silence periods they were posting the same job offer on several pages...My best learning: Don't accept a interview for a job category you are not ready or is not what you were looking for (because or you are new on the business or not).
