The first round was a video recording of myself answering pre-determined questions. It sounds awkward, but the software is amazing and lets you practice until you feel comfortable on-camera. The second round was with the Associate Director of Learning and a couple of team managers. They did not ask a lot of technical-functional questions. They were more interested in leadership competencies and EQ.

Phone screener with recruiter, 1-1 with the hiring manager, and a presentation (10 minute lesson of our choosing) to a 4 person panel, followed by questions. The hiring manager also attended the presentation, but left shortly after.
