First you have to take an online assesment. Pretty easy. Then they will ask you to go and take an onsite assesment at the place of employment. I thought tht was pretty easy as well. If you pass, then they schedule you for an interview on the spot. After the interview they will call you to accept an offer, if not you'll receive a rejection email.

First you’ll have the Recruiter interview then once you pass that you’ll receive an invitation to do a hirevue (recording yourself via video) interview, and lastly a group interview. Fast process and response time was quick.
