After you apply online you are sent a online assessment you must pass before you are invited to an in person interview and practical assessment. The interview is straight forward star questions and the practical assessment is not hard, but meticulous.

Entrevista
Fairly simple as they take you into a lobby room where you wait until you can take your practical. Afterwards you go back to the lobby room where you wait until they call your name for the interview. Then you go back to the lobby room until someone comes and tells you how you did in both.
