Never been this disrespected in my life.
Disrespectful is the right word. The process dragged on for 3 months, 50+ emails back and forth, the recruiter was never on time in replying to my emails and the scheduled calls. There was never a single reply to my request for color or feedback before or after interviews.
Every email started with “I apologize for the delay” because every reply was late. Every single one of them.
Disrespectful of candidates time and energy. You are strung along and played throughout the process. Disrespected as the company feels empowered to do whatever it wants with the candiates’ time. No transparency and promptness.
Truly the worst experience ever. Especially after being asked to hop on multiple phone calls, weeks of delayed replies, a presentation and an on-site.
Even the last call was late. I had hoped the company changed under Dara but the disorganized and disrespectful process speaks volume about the company.
HR screening - take home assignment before 1 day with HM - Hiring Manager round(Behavioral + sharing of assignment - another take home case - presentation with HM, skip manager, 2 member/leader from other teams

Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
