I was reached out to by someone at Turo on LI that let me know I'd be great for their team. Everything went super well and it seemed like they were about to reach out for an offer - and then they completely ghosted me after sending a rejection letter! Deleted me off LI and everything. Never responded to my emails. It's fine to change your mind about a candidate, even if you lead them on, but keep it professional please. This person may be a value add to your company in the future.
