First stage was a basic phone call interview and then a take-home assessment was assigned. Had to build a maze game using their API, a fun task and took some time to get it done. After submission, I was invited to the next stage a 1.5 hour interview with one half motivational/behavioural and the other a code review task. Interviewers were great and very polite. Received a phone call that I would be hearing back soon and it would be “positive” as they wouldn’t have called me if it wasn’t. Radio-silence for 2 weeks and then got a rejection e-mail. Contacted back for feedback but completely ghosted. Frustrating after completing the take-home and all these stages to not even get any feedback, which would be the single silver lining of any rejection as feedback is extremely valuable.

The entire process was exceptionally professional. Although I wasn’t selected, I gained significant insights from their presentation standards. Every aspect was thoroughly detailed, and I left feeling impressed by its clarity.
