You submit a solution for their test assignment, then there's a phone interview with an HR person, then a tech interview. Maybe, there're stages after that, but my application was rejected at this point. The whole process took 1 month and 1 week. (excluding time spent on the test assignment) I asked for some feedback, but haven't heard from them ever since.
