Contacted by recruiter for phone screen. After phone screen set up in person interview. Interviewed at office. I was called later in the day and hired. Expect fairly standard interview questions for a phone sales position. I asked about turn-over and was lied to about Trulia having very low turnover based on my experience after being hired.
One phone interview, two in person interviews. Most typical Sales job questions, for example: "Give me an example of when you have had exceeded a Sales quota", and "What drives you to succeed".
Nothing too difficult or surprising. Very casual, nice people.

This was sometime ago, but met with Founder, VP of Sales and team members in 1 day. Had multiple follow up emails about my thoughts on their direction and strategy. Received an offer about 2 weeks later.
