Even for start up standards, the interview process was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Scheduled calls were cancelled on the designated day several times. There are never proper apologies given for your lost time and inconveniencing you. Interviewers were pleasant, but questions are mainly one-way about the resume, without much if any time to ask questions. Unless you have strong interest in real estate search or desperately need an entry level job, you will find better salary and benefits elsewhere.
