I interviewed for an SDET role here, and all three final candidates were rejected. The reason given was that we struggled with the coding problem, which didn’t make sense in my case, I solved it in under a minute. Later, my recruiter told me the company suspected someone of cheating, so they decided to reject everyone. That’s not a fair or reasonable way to handle things, and it points to a broken interview process. That said, the recruiter was great, very responsive and professional throughout. Still, I can’t help but feel like I dodged a bullet. The way they handled this raises some red flags. I ended up wasting two weeks, so I wanted to share this experience for others who might be considering applying.
