Phone screen with basic technical questions, then an in person interview with an interesting algorithmic challenge designed to showcase my ability to debug and QA logic I'm not familiar with.

I received a message from a LinkedIn recruiter, followed by a screening call. Afterward, I was assigned a technical home test, which I completed and believe was well-executed. Approximately a week later, I reached out to the recruiter for feedback on my test. To my dismay, I was informed that my test hadn't been reviewed because there were candidates ahead of me already in the interview process. I invested four hours of my personal time in the unpaid test and received no further communication from the recruiter. This experience reflects poorly on the company's attitude toward applicants, and it sheds light on the company culture, which is consistent with the negative reviews on Glassdoor. Moreover, there was no automated rejection email, leaving me with no closure on the application process. I would strongly advise against investing your personal time in a test that may not even be reviewed and without the courtesy of an automated rejection email.

Morally suspect group of engineers.
After a very successful phone screen with two engineers on the team, I received immediate feedback from their recruiter that they had decided to move on because it seemed to them that I was Googling answers to questions as they were being asked. To falsely accuse a qualified candidate of dishonesty who has devoted his time and interest in your company is bizarre, evasive, and morally aberrant.
