The process was fun, engaging and really allowed me to use my skills and personality to get to know an awesome group of people and really show them what I can do. They were very clear in all of their directions, their timeline and the questions were fair, curious and they really cared about me as a person and what I could do. I would say every time that I met with a new team member or panel in an interview, it made me want to hear from them again and continue to go through the process and be a part of the community itself.
