Overall interviews kicked off amazingly. with Toptal I had great experience with one of initial interviews, it went really smooth and in a respectful way. In final round the interviewer was extremely rude and disrespectful. He did not introduce himself and went straight for blaming me for silly reasons. He did not want to review my project in detail, I think they can steal projects. He was aggressive throughout the whole interview, which he interrupted quickly. I think at Toptal they judge your worth based on their own.
