The recruitment process consists of 4 rounds, the first round with the HR was quite nice, the second round was an assignment round and the third round was with the manager, the questions were not that difficult however her attitude and behavior towards the candidate is enough to make someone feel demotivated.

It's a lengthy process. Telephonic conversation, google form link, first round, 2 assignments, second round with account managers and so on. It was all good till second round with Account Manager, answered everything really well. But, suddenly got a mail that they aren't moving ahead with my candidature. Till then it was okay, but on being asked the reason of not moving forward, unfortunately there was no response, which was not expected. It was just for me so that i get correct feedback what was the reason, where I was lacking and all. Instead got we are not moving ahead with your candidature without any proper reason. Atleast everyone would expect where they were lacking, so that it helps them in future.
