Met with Andy Bayes (CIO) and Simon Stirrup (Development Manager), friendly informal chat that led to a technical discussion with two current developers at the company; Dale and Kamil. Dale and Kamil asked a few trivia .NET questions followed by a pair programming exercise. The questions were not overly difficult or tricky and the exercise was also not too tricky and tailored towards my level. Everyone was very patient and kind during the whole process.
