Really quick from initial phone call, to second round which was a role play scenario - not too hard but do your product research - to the third round in person with your higher ups. Efficient & fair contract proposal & negotiation with clear start date. All within 2-3 weeks.

they want you to pretend you're pitching the product and how you would pitch it. Depending on the person you role play with, they might be more/less challenging. Once you start in the role they teach you company standards on how to pitch the product & it's very easy to pick up.
