Applied through a referral and got contacted by a recruiter. After a short phone conversation and the recruiter telling me that we would set up a chat with the hiring manager in the next couple days, I was ghosted. I didn't receive a response after multiple follow ups
First round, apprx 60 mins. Doing background chat in the first half. Then we went over a leetcode question, medium difficulty. The interviewer is nice and supportive. They are a small team.

Interviewed with multiple teams, could hear phone notifications continuously during the call. didn't get a reasonable feedback (filled positions already, didn't understand why was I being interviewed at all ).
