Recruiter call and then call with design manager. the thumbtack recruiters were both very kind and flexible and helped me reschedule my intro call at the last minute when the CA fires had impacted my area.

Recruiter did not respond to initial email sent to input availability. No response after that and didn't even get a chance to have a phone screen, very unprofessional, especially given email was opened twice after follow up.

The scheduled phone screen was quite smooth. Quite a conversational interview. Behavioral questions allow me to find the best fit for each role and help me understand this company more.
