The assessment they use is their own product which proves they believe in it, big green flag. I was first asked to do an interview 2 days after taking the assessment, did an assignment the following week, and had another interview the week after that. Very quick and efficient process with clear communication and feedback from the company. Everyone I talked to was passionate about their work and it made me want to join them even more.
