Interviewed in May, applied online. The process took 2 weeks, and feedback every step of the way. Very transparent and quick process. Had 3 rounds of interviews, the last one took place in the office.

Process took 2 weeks overall. HR was seamless and couldn't fault them with helping me throughout the process (provided feedback at each stage). Stages included, chat with HR, interview with CEO, Task with CEO then final stage chatting to various employees at Tempo. Final stage seemed a bit messy however. I presumed all the chats would be formal chats with each employee(s), however I was told mid way with particular members of the team that there part was informal. This was a tad confusing to me when they started asking very formal questions. My advice would be if your going to ask formal questions throughout the final stage, maybe don't mention a part of it to be informal (This led me to take a different approach which hindered some of my responses).
